RealIntent (“we”, “us”) is operated by K4 Labs. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights. We keep it short because our data practices are simple.
What we collect
- Your email address when you sign up, so we can authenticate you and send transactional notifications (such as job-complete emails).
- Prospect data you upload — company names, websites, contact names, titles, and other fields from the CSVs you submit. We store these to run the jobs you request and to deliver results back to you.
- Billing information via Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly.
- Product usage analytics via Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized page views and session replays to help us improve the app. No sensitive form content is captured.
How we use it
- To run the research jobs you submit.
- To send you transactional emails about your account and jobs.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To debug problems and improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not use the prospect data you upload to train any model or to share with other customers.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of well-known infrastructure providers to operate the service. Each of them has their own privacy terms:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
- Stripe — subscription billing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic, Google (Gemini) — AI model inference for research and outreach generation.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous product analytics.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and all associated data, or opt out of any non-essential processing at any time. Email hello@k4labs.com and we'll handle it within 7 days.
Changes
We'll update this page whenever our practices change and keep the “Last updated” date at the top current. If anything material changes, we'll also email you directly.
